About HVF/franchise
Franchise is a lightweight SQL notebook interface that lets you write, execute, and visualize SQL queries without requiring sign-up or installation. The tool supports multiple data sources including local file formats like CSV, JSON, and XLSX files through in-browser processing, as well as connections to PostgreSQL, MySQL, and BigQuery databases through a secure terminal bridge that keeps your data private.
The application features a unique notebook-style layout that allows you to compare multiple queries side by side by dragging and dropping cells on the same line, and you can generate charts from query results with a single click.
