Use of Service
VisualSource provides a service to create animated visualizations of Git repository history. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the service to visualize repositories you do not have permission to access
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service to generate content that violates any applicable laws
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
GitHub Integration
VisualSource integrates with GitHub to access repository data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to visualize any repositories you select. We only access repositories you explicitly authorize.
Intellectual Property
The visualizations generated by VisualSource are based on your repository data. You retain all rights to your source code and repository content. The visual style and format of the generated videos are provided under license for your personal or commercial use.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisualSource and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
