Carsa's Commands is an addon for Stormworks, a vehicle simulation game, that adds over 50 utility commands for players and server administrators. The addon includes commands for equipment management, player teleportation to named map locations, vehicle battery charging, healing, and moderation tools like enhanced ban functionality. The project was developed in Lua and is now end-of-life, with the creator announcing they have not actively played the game in nearly two years and will only maintain bug fixes going forward.
The addon is designed for both single-player missions and dedicated servers, with installation available through Steam Workshop. Version 2 introduced a companion web application that provides a graphical interface for executing commands without requiring in-game chat, making administration easier for server operators. The project underwent nearly a complete rewrite from its original version and benefited from contributions from community members who helped fix bugs and add features.
The project is now archived and no longer receiving active development. The creator cited significant API issues in the game that have persisted since the game's initial release, combined with the substantial work required to maintain such a complex addon, as reasons for concluding development. The codebase is released under the MIT license, allowing others to fork and continue the project if desired.
