About alannnc/poke-front
Poke-Front is a Pokemon battle simulator built with JavaScript that lets users visualize and engage in turn-based combat between Pokemon. Users can select up to two Pokemon from the available roster and battle them against each other using their actual move sets in an interactive scenario. The application also includes a Random Battle mode that automatically generates matches between randomly selected Pokemon.
The project supports localization through URL query parameters, allowing users to switch between Spanish and English language interfaces. The codebase is designed as a frontend application with a development server setup, and the creators welcome community contributions through pull requests while encouraging discussion of major changes via GitHub issues beforehand.
