About LSPosed/LSPosed

LSPosed is a hooking framework for Android that allows modules to modify system and app behavior without altering APK files. It provides an API-compatible implementation of the original Xposed framework, leveraging the LSPlant hooking engine to inject code at runtime through either Riru or Zygisk modules in Magisk. The framework supports Android versions 8.1 through 14 and allows multiple modules to simultaneously modify the same system components or applications.

The project enables developers to write modules that hook into Android's ART runtime, with full compatibility between LSPosed-based modules and original Xposed framework modules. Installation requires Magisk v24 or later along with either Riru v26.1.7+ or Zygisk support. LSPosed includes a manager application for controlling modules and maintains a separate module repository where developers can submit their creations for distribution to users.

The framework originated as a fork of EdXposed and represents a continuation of the Xposed ecosystem after the original project's discontinuation. It's actively maintained with stable releases on GitHub and canary builds available through continuous integration, with community discussion channels on Telegram and QQ for Chinese-speaking users.
