About zowe/zlux-editor
ZLUX Editor is a browser-based code editor built with Monaco that integrates into the Zowe platform for editing remote files and datasets. It functions as an application within a Zowe instance, allowing users to access and modify files that are available through their Zowe configuration. The editor leverages Monaco's proven editing capabilities to provide a familiar development environment within the Zowe desktop interface.
The project is written in TypeScript and depends on Zowe's Angular file tree component, which is distributed through Zowe's artifactory. Users must configure npm to access this dependency before building the project. The editor is distributed under the Eclipse Public License v2.0 and welcomes feature requests and bug reports through the main Zowe repository's issues tracker.
